Merry Christmas

Yes Santa, I have been a bad blogger!!!

This school year I gained a new job - Yearbook Advisor! It has been a challenge, but so much fun! I get paid to snap pictures and make layouts with the kiddos at school. Fun & Frustrating at times .. it has consumed me and my time.

I have neglected  blogging, sewing and other crafty things. 

I hope to be a better blogger this up and coming year as Mary Martha & Co. go on new adventures and set out forward into the new year - moving! Yes, not far ,but crossing the state lines we shall!!

May your holiday seasons be filled with love & happiness. May you all be blessed as those who are no longer with us watch over us and keep us safe in our travels!

Ahhhh ..... Summer Sights

Hello Again :)

Hello - and I am the stranger - not you! 

This past year I have been totally sucked into my new amazing job! I loved every minute of it - even on the days I thought that I might go crazy! I am not even sure what the best part of it is, but let me tell a few things I totally loved.

1. My kiddos - they inspire me and make me feel special! (I love my SA kiddos!!!)

2. Reading - I have found a NEW love for it!!

3. Authors - meeting Lauren Oliver @ SA and then meeting Mary Kay Andrews this summer - SO FUN!!!

4. People I work with - We have an amazing group of people @ SA - I love them all for different reasons!

5. It's just a great job!~!!

Well, we have been beach hopping since Graduation Day - Wilmington to LODO Land , Kitty Hawk to see Claire & Stephanie , then back to Duck to see Mary Kay Andrews and then Nags Head to Courtney and Will. ~ Ahhhh!!!! Plus we are not done with our beach hopping either. We haven't had family vacation yet! HA! OR our annual July trip to see Courtney and Will - that was just a sneaky trip we just took.

Life has been so crazy! I forgot my passwords to my blog, wondered what I was gonna do , ugh ..... Then finally found my passwords on my iPad - yeah!

Now to get out of school - 7 more days! I can do this and will catch you up on what I have been up to!

Wow! Nine Years!!

Nine years!

 Nine years of Momma , nine years of help me, nine years of snuggles -  nine years I wouldn't trade for anything!!!

We celebrated these nine years ALL weekend long! Starting with a slumber party that went quite slumberless, birthday pancakes at Walter's, family over for cake and ice cream too, another sleepover with a single special friend - what a weekend!!! :)

I Am A Bad Blogger

I know I am a bad blogger - I admitt it! There, I said it out loud!! I think about it all the time and just never get there to do it or make time. I take picturess of stuff I want to share, bookmark them online of cool stuff I see and it just never makes it here.

Well, I went back to work full time in August as the school as a Librarian for the school my daughter goes to - it's a Private Pre 3- 12th grade school. Not too big - perfectly perfect in every way. So I have had my hands full to say the least. Not to mention some adjustments in my hubby's work schedule - so my hands really are FULL!

I am hoping to figure things out and how to juggle all of it better as the year goes on. Right? SURE!! I hope.

Well, with that said and a house full of sleeping peeps - let me share a few new blogs I have found - because I might not blog BUT  I still surf them on a regular basis!!

I found this one this morning and there is an awesome tutorial to make a tree skirt for your Christmas tree and it's super easy!!! Check out Smile and Wave. Tons of cute stuff to scroll through! :)

Another blog I have fallen IN LOVE with is this one! Craftily Every After by Miss Jessica. She is always coming up with sweet ideas or posting printables - I LOVE THE KEEP CALM ONES!!!! She has a great Christmas one she just posted that I just might have to make a drive to the big city to get some supplies!
